Description
Mike’s seasonal menus reflect his roots in the culinary landscape of the Southwest, as well as his passion and penchant for Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.
Meals are served in one of our welcoming shared dining areas, including but not limited to the rooftop dining patio, indoor dining room, or the sheltered outdoor living room. Select suites can accommodate private patio dining. Chef Mike is more than happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and alternate menu selections.

Please select one main course for your group. Choose additional dishes from the starters, salads, soups and/or dessert courses, based on your booking of a 3, 4 , or 5 course dinner. Differing course selections within a dinner party are not available at this time.
Starters

- Baked queso Oaxaca with chiltepin dukkah and tomato relish (gf, v)
- Fried shrimp with tomato pepper relish and herb crema (gf)
- Ahi tuna ceviche with avocado, cucumber and herbs, coconut milk broth (gf)
- Manchego, mushroom, pepper, and onion quesadillas (corn tortilla) with fresh salsa verde (gf, v)
Salads
- Pico de gallo steak salad with cilantro-bearss lime vinaigrette, and fresh serrano pepper salsa (gf)
- Mexican style Green Goddess with baby greens, black beans, corn, queso panela, pepitas (gf, v)
- Elote street style with greens, hominy, queso cotija, jalapeños, creamy cilantro lime dressing (gf, v)
- Arugula salad with garbanzo beans, pickled onion, queso panela, cilantro mint vinaigrette (gf, v)
Soups
- Red chili pozole with pork, hominy, avocado, Mexican radish, crema (gf)
- Calabacitas, corn and sweet potatoes, tomato broth base, queso cremoso (gf, v)

Main Course

- Tomatillo-jalapeno braised pork shoulder with cabbage, onion + cilantro slaw (gf)
- Bone-in chicken thigh mole with a guajillo chili crema (gf)
- Stuffed acorn squash, Traditional: shredded beef, queso Requesón and a roasted vegetable salsa (gf) –OR– Vegetarian: charro bean, queso Requesón and a roasted vegetable salsa (gf, v)
- Masa cakes with herb tossed shrimp (or poached egg, v) queso cotija, avocado crema, tomato relish, pepitas (gf)
Dessert
- Coconut gelato with caramelized pineapple and with Mexican chocolate (gf, v, vgn)
- Cocoa tres leches cake with whipped cream and orange zest (v)
- Southwestern trifle with white cake, berries, rum, whipped cream, cinnamon (v)
- Spiced crème brûlée (star anise, nutmeg, cardamon) with fresh berries and whipped cream (gf, v)
Additional course dishes are available upon request, as well as alternately focused menus including both new and old world European-inspired bistro offerings, and truly exceptional east Asian cuisine.
