We often receive thoughtful inquiries from guests curious about what makes JTH Tucson a unique destination for their travels.
From the tranquil atmosphere to the seamless blend of design and aspects of everyday living, we crafted the property with the intention of providing an escape that feels like home.
Whether for a romantic getaway, a special celebration, or a quiet escape, we hope each space meets your needs while preserving the serenity of desert life.
Thank you all for your continued curiosity—here are the top five questions we receive from you!
1. “Do you have a restaurant onsite?”
Guests can book a meal prepared by Chef Aaron or Chef Pablo to top off their stay with some culinary flair!
Meals can be served in one of our shared dining areas, including but not limited to the rooftop, dining room, outdoor fire pit area, or the sheltered outdoor living room.
We also have drinks and snacks available in our on-site souvenir shop located just off of the main living room.
2. “Is the inn kid-friendly?”
We love our littlest guests!
When we’re renting out rooms individually, we limit children over the age of 2 to our Ocotillo and Creosote suites in order to maintain a level of peacefulness for our guests. Children under 2 are welcome in any of the suites—please let us know in advance if you’ll need a pack & play. In the Ocotillo suite you’ll find a crib and highchair, and an optional floor mattress add-on in Creosote.
For buyouts we have no limit on the number of children allowed or which rooms they stay in. Children over 2-years-old count towards our overnight capacity of 14 total. To lessen the items you have to pack, we have one crib, one pack & play, and one floor mattress as well as a highchair that are all available throughout your buyout stay.
3. “Do you allow pets?”
Service animals are always welcome in any room or suite.
A pet add-on is available exclusively in our Cholla Room, which features a spacious king bed, detached bathroom (which may also be accessed by guests enjoying the pool), cozy fireplace, well-equipped kitchenette, an exterior entrance and private patio perfect for your furry friend to stretch out and relax.
4. “Any chance of offering day passes?”
Yes! In fact, we will be doing a summer pool pass program on select days.
Make sure to sign up for our newsletter to keep an eye out for those dates and more news and information!
5. “Do you host weddings?”
JTH Tucson’s stunning desert views and thoughtfully designed spaces make it the perfect venue for intimate celebrations like elopements and micro weddings.
While we’re unable to accommodate large weddings due to permitting and the sensitivities of our historic property, we offer two options: micro weddings for up to 18 guests (14 overnight and 4 day passes) and 2-person elopements.
