What does a buyout include?
There’s a total of six suites and seven beds (one suite has two bedrooms) here at the inn, as well as ample shared common areas for group gathering. Our buyout guests have private access to the entire inn and its grounds, including the hot springs style hot-tub, canyon style pool, fire-pit lounge, rooftop dining patio, yoga room, chef’s kitchen, living room with a projector and BYOB bar, and 40 acres of trails to explore. How much does a buyout cost?
You can see our calendar of availability and pricing for a full buyout of the inn here. (Please note that the calendar rate is for lodging only (up to 14 overnight guests), and we charge an additional fee of $1,000 for events onsite. *Events constitute anything for profit, or where vendors aside from our guest experience vendors will be on-site.)
What does the event fee cover?
If it’s an event with ticketed attendees or if a photoshoot or wedding is taking place, an event fee will be added to the reservation total. This fee covers the use of the space for an event, allows you to bring vendors onsite, and includes 4 guest passes (bringing the total capacity for your daily activities up to 18 people).
Can I host my wedding at JTH Tucson?

Do you have recommendations for vendors we can check out to add to our experience?
We have a wonderful group of vendors who we work with and recommend for services onsite, everything from private chef dinners and bespoke picnics to massages and sound bath experiences. You can take a look at our vendor services which are available to pre-book here.
Can I just rent multiple rooms separately instead of do a full buyout?
The JTH Tucson is a quaint and intimate setting for guests who stay with us, and we work to ensure everyone feels comfortable and welcome while utilizing our common, shared spaces and amenities. In order to ensure that no guest feels shy or uneasy about using some of those spaces when other groups are here, we encourage all larger groups to book a full buyout of the inn. If a group does book 3 or more guest rooms at a time, an incidental fee of $250/room per night may be added to each of the group’s reservations if other guests on site are impacted.
Can I book a buyout for more than a year in advance?
While we only open dates one year in advance on our website, please email us to inquire about dates further in the future.
Do you allow children?
When we are renting rooms individually, we limit children to our Ocotillo and Creosote suites in order to maintain a level of peacefulness for our guests. However, for buyouts we have no limit on the number of children allowed or which rooms they stay in. Children over 2 years of age count towards our overnight capacity of 14 total. We have one crib, one pack & play, and one floor mattress as well as a highchair that are all available throughout your buyout stay.
